Getting Started
Before you can start using the iGenChat API, you'll need to set up your account and create your first chatbot. Follow these steps to get started:
Register on iGenChat
Visit the website and sign up for an account. This will give you access to the dashboard where you can create and manage your chatbots.
Create your first chatbot
Once you're registered and logged in, follow these steps to create your first AI-powered chatbot:
a. On your dashboard, click the "Build a free AI Chatbot" button.
b. You'll be guided through a wizard that helps you create your chatbot. You'll have two options for training your chatbot:
Website: Choose this if you want your chatbot to learn from your website content.
Files: Select this if you have specific files you want to use for training.
c. Depending on your choice:
If you selected Website:
Enter your company website or the specific subdomain you want the chatbot to be based on.
Note: Only publicly available content will be crawled and used for training.
If you selected Files:
Upload the files you wish to use for training your chatbot.
You can upload multiple files to provide a comprehensive knowledge base.
d. Click the "Create Chatbot" button.
e. Wait for a few seconds while your chatbot is being created and trained on the provided content.
